Prices Rooms & Apartments
at the Hotel Garni Kristall

Prices:

Prices are given in EURO and are in apartments per day, per room per person per day and a minimum stay of 4 nights. For stays up to 4 days we charge a short stay supplement of € 6 per person per night.

Tourist tax:

This is not included in the price and will be charged extra. Tourist tax € 3,00 per person and night (for children under 15 years no local tax is charged)

Pre Check-In:

To make your check-in on site more convenient and uncomplicated, you can fill in your guest details for the registration form in advance in order to reduce your waiting time at check-in to a minimum. (QR-Code Pre Check-In)

Breakfast:

Breakfast is included in the room rate, apartment guests can optionally book it. There is no discount if you do not have breakfast.

Double room - single occupancy:

There is a 10 EUR discount for single-occupancy of a double room.

Standard occupancy Apartments:

Apartment 10 – 4 persons
Apartment 20 – 4 persons | 5 persons – surcharge
Apartment 30 – 6 persons
Apartment 40 – 4 persons | 5 persons – surcharge

Surcharge for each additional person is calculated according to the season, and there is an apartment surcharge. Please note that for many categories there is a charge for final cleaning!

Apartments:

All linen and cooking utensils are provided and are included in the price.

Children’s prices (sleeping in an extra bed):

0 - 2 years old: no charge. Please get in touch for further information.

Ski passes:

Are available by request (cash payment only!) directly in the hotel.

Arrival and departure:

On the day you are due to arrive, your room will be available for you from 15:00. On the day you are due to depart we would ask that you vacate your room by 9:30 at the latest.

Late arrival/early departure:

The room price for the respective booked days will be charged (please telephone us to let us know if you will only be arriving in the hotel after 6 p.m.).

Internet:

Free internet via WLAN.

Pets:

Pets on request.

Parking spaces & e-charging station:

Available in front of the Hotel Garni Kristall - charging station for e-cars (charges apply) and e-bikes (free).

Reservation:

A booking is only regarded as being valid upon receipt of a written booking confirmation. When a reservation is made, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Deposit:

for reservations to be binding, we would ask you to forward a deposit of 60% of the total amount (fee-free for the recipient – to be received within 10 days of making your booking).

Means of payment:

Your bill can only be paid in cash and in EUR. We regret that we are unable to accept credit cards..

Travel insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance (further information available at;travel insurance
www.europäische.at.

Cancellations:

Are only valid when made in writing. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival 3 days are charged. From 1 month before you are due to holiday, 80% of the booked package will be charged. Should only one person be staying in a booked double room, the full price for the room will be charged. Should there be fewer number of people in the apartments, the full apartment price will be charged. Deposits are retained as a cancellation fee.
